- Assist bride during rehearsal and day-of activities.
- Coordinate and confirm caterer, florist, musicians, and other involved parties.
- Schedule and attend meetings with rental companies, caterers, florists, site visits, etc.
- Assist bride and photographer during bridal portraits.
- Provide information regarding various ceremony and reception locations, florists, caterers, bakeries, florists, etc.
- Accompany bride to bridal shows and other wedding events as requested.
- Brainstorm ideas regarding the overall look and feel of your event – color scheme, centerpieces, table arrangements, and adding personal touches.
- Provide bride with Do-It-Yourself ideas galore! I was a “DIY Bride”, and I understand the balance between taking the time to do things yourself and the money you can save in the process.
